Mr. Richard Tse (Director and China Business Service Manager)  Graduated from foreign 

study  university,  Mr. Tse has excellent  bilingual skills.  One example  of his projects was to 

assist and represent a  wholly  American owned  company to  start their China operation. The company is owned by Dart Container Corporation (http://www.dart.biz), a leading manufacturer

of  polystyrene  foam  food  containers, located in Mason, Michigan. The company selected a satisfactory  site  for  their  first  facility in Asia through the help of Mr. Tse. Mr.  Tse proposed

three potential  sites to  Dart,  arranged on-site investigation,  attended negotiations with local officials,  and  handled  all  the  governmental  processes  for the  establishment of this wholly 

foreign owned  enterprise. Mr. Tse also took part in  the  efforts of selecting contractors for the 

construction  of  Dart's  factory  building,  hired  office  staffs  for  Dart,  and  performed  many 

administrative tasks. Dart is very pleased with Mr. Tse's excellent work. Mr. Tse  understands both  Chinese  and  Western  Business  practices well.  With his excellent skill  of organizing 

various  resources,  he  is  experienced  in  combining  your  needs  with  his familiarities and

Mr. Kevin Kennedy (US Lawyer, China Affairs Specialist – our consultant/advisor)  Mr. 

Kennedy has nearly two decades of legal experience in Michigan and New York. Mr. Kennedy 

received a B.B.A from the University  of Michigan  School of  Business Administration in 1977

and  a  Juris  Doctor  degree  from  the  University  of  Michigan's  School  of  Law in 1981. Mr. 

Kennedy  began  his  legal  career  with  Shearman & Sterling  in  New  York  city,  practicing 

antitrust  and  corporate banking  law. He returned to Michigan in 1983 to practice real estate, trademark, and copyright law. In 1990 Mr.  Kennedy joined Dart Container Corporation,  where

he  has  served  as  Corporate   Counsel  and   General  Manager  of  its  Chinese  subsidiary 

company,  Zhuhai  Dart  Container   Company   Ltd.,  a  wholly  foreign-owned  company.  Mr. 

Kennedy  has  provided  legal  and  management  guidance  to  Dart's  China project since its 

inception in 1994. Mr.  Kennedy has  studied Chinese  laws  and has  profound  knowledge of 

Chinese laws and governmental practices, especially related to foreign investment.

Mr. Huo Yi Cen (Lawyer, Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration)   Mr. Huo is an 

experienced lawyer and is familiar with Chinese laws related to foreign investment. Mr. Huo is 

also certified by the  Chinese government  as a  Tax Affairs  Consultant.  He  assisted foreign 

invested companies performing business in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, ZHuhai 

and other cities in China since 1988. 

Mr. Joseph Lin (Import/Export, China Suppliers Sourcing & Outsourcing Specialist) Mr. 

Lin  speaks  Chinese,  English  and  Japanese.  He  has  been  involved  in  import and export 

business  since  1992.  He is  very  familiar  with  Chinese  import/export  policies and related 

procedures, including customs, commodity inspection, etc. Mr. Lin has created links to many 

suppliers and helped companies to acquire the governmental certificate for carrying out foreign 

trade. Mr. Lin has abundant experience helping foreign  companies to source  China  suppliers 

and Chinese OEMs.
